About
Madhushree Roy is a product strategist with more than fourteen years of experience across digital banking, payments, and insurance. She specializes in shaping technology-led products, using data insights, and managing end-to-end product lifecycles to drive growth and stronger customer experiences.
She currently serves as Director of Global Product Management for Advanced Analytical Solutions at Mastercard, where she contributes to scalable data and analytics offerings for financial institutions. Before this, she spent over five years at Axis Bank, rising to Vice President of Product Management and Data Analytics. She led digital investment and insurance platforms, launched the “MyMoney” personal finance app, and drove multiple digital transformation initiatives. Her leadership was recognized through the bank’s ASTROS accelerated leadership program.
Her earlier experience spans Cognizant, Kotak Life Insurance, and other roles in marketing, product development, and operations. She holds an MBA from IIM Bangalore and a degree from St. Stephen’s College.
