Rashi Atry is an AI product leader with more than thirteen years of experience turning complex ideas into scalable digital products. She specializes in AI/ML product management, RAG systems, analytics platforms, and data-driven product strategy. Her career spans healthcare, conversational AI, gaming, and recruitment technology.
At Interface.ai , she leads the data platform charter for a conversational AI product used by more than 50 credit unions. She has launched key platforms, driven 70 percent adoption of an AI-powered assistant among contact center teams, and built an analytics engine that helps guide ML and product investment decisions.
Previously at TatvaCare, she led the MyTatva app from MVP to multi-city adoption, growing the platform’s early user base and improving acquisition and engagement through AI-driven enhancements. Her earlier experience includes product leadership at Dream11, where she built customer experience frameworks for more than 130 million users, and several testing and engineering roles at Naukri.com.
