Pankhudi Jain is a fintech product leader with a strong focus on shaping product strategy, elevating user experience, and aligning technology with evolving market needs. She brings a blend of business strategy, data analytics, and process excellence to her work, enabling her to deliver products that strengthen engagement and drive measurable impact.
She currently serves as Deputy Vice President of Product at Kotak Securities, guiding initiatives that support the company’s mission of redefining digital investing in India. Before this, she spent more than four years at Juspay, where she progressed from Product Manager to Product Manager II. During her tenure, she contributed to core payment experiences and worked closely with engineering teams to build secure, scalable, and user-centric products.
Earlier in her career, Pankhudi held roles in digital operations at Wipro, systems engineering at Infosys, and multiple internships across fintech and consulting. She holds an MBA from IIT Kharagpur and a B.Tech in Information Technology.
