AWFK & WIP India – Product & Petals Walk @ Lalbagh Flower Show & Thindi Walk

It’s Independence Day, and it’s customary for Bengalurians to visit the Lalbagh Flower Show.

We’re super excited to co-host our special Product & Petals Walk in partnership with
Women in Product India (WIP India), run by Swati Awasthi.

We’re inviting Product Leaders, Operators, Founders, Investors, and Product Enthusiasts to join us for
an early-morning walk, conversations, networking, the Lalbagh Flower Show, and breakfast.

Registration on Luma is mandatory to join. We highly recommend completing all the details in the
registration form so the right people can discover and connect with you.

Your Organization, Role, and Introduction one-liner may also be shared with other participants to
help optimise networking during the walk.

Time: 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM IST
Venue: Lalbagh Main Gate
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Registration: Approval Required

Walk & Coffee Timings:
Reporting at Lalbagh Main Gate Entrance & Quick Intros: 7:30 AM
Start Walk & Flower Show: 7:45 AM
End Walk: 9:00 AM
Coffee & Breakfast: 9:15 AM – 9:30 AM
Post that, disperse or hang out in smaller groups.

Walk Distance & Format:
We start our walk at Lalbagh Main Gate.

We’ll begin with a round of quick introductions for everyone who arrives on time. We’ll then split
into smaller groups of 5–7 people and walk together. Participants are welcome to switch groups along
the way to meet more people and maximise networking.

We also have an event WhatsApp group for easier coordination. You’ll receive the link after signing up.

What You Should Bring:
Comfortable clothing and walking shoes for the 5 km walk
A small bottle of water, if you prefer
Loads of energy and curiosity
