WIP India has been a truly supportive space in my product journey. As someone still figuring things out, it’s refreshing to be part of a community that’s generous with learning, guidance, and opportunities. The warmth and openness here make it easy to ask questions, learn from others, and grow at your own pace. Learning from fellow women in product — especially seeing women own leadership rooms with such clarity and calm — has been both empowering and comforting. It’s helped me boost my confidence, speak up more, and believe that there’s space for all of us at the table. I’m truly grateful to be part of this incredible circle.

WIP India is not just a community but a powerhouse of product think tanks! What energy and what amazing knowledge packed in one place. If you are still not part of this, you surely missing out a lot! Huge thanks to Swati and team for such hard efforts behind the scenes.

I have been actively involved in WIP India both as a Leader/mentor to fellow PMs and as a learner from the other Women Leaders.Through the workshops , Demo Days and Hackathon sprints , I feel like there’s a whole world out there to explore & get inspired from. The WIP India community really helps us lift each other up and rise together as we share our knowledge and experiences. The energies that we share through these events & community interactions are very uplifting. Hope we build and grow together more each day. Onwards & Upwards! 🚀

I felt it is one of the Importance sessions of the System Design. It is essential for the Product Managers though Design at individual levels will be handled by team of Development, once we understand what works better for the system that you are going to build, the design thinking, approach towards the Product and the mindset to look at the product completely changes, helps to position it in a robust way to keep up the product innovative despite the competition.
