Cancellations and Refunds Policy

1. Cancellation Window

You may request a cancellation within 7 days of purchase,provided the service has not been fully consumed or the event has not already occurred.

For dated events or programs, the request must also be received no later than 7 days before the event start date, whichever is earlier.

2. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days from our end and will reflect in your original payment method within 15 days. The exact timeline depends on your bank or payment provider.

3. Eligibility and Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The service has been fully delivered or significant portions have been consumed.
  • You are a no-show for an event, workshop, or session.
  • The cancellation request is raised after the applicable 7-day window.
  • The product is a non-refundable item clearly marked as such at purchase.

4. Partial Refunds and Credits

Where appropriate, we may offer partial refunds or credits for future events or programs at our discretion.

5. Transfer of Tickets or Seats

Subject to availability and program rules, you may nominate a substitute attendee at no extra cost if requested at least 48 hours before the event start time.

6. Event Changes or Cancellations by Us

If we cancel or reschedule an event, we will offer a full refund or a free transfer to a new date or equivalent program, as you prefer.

7. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

  • Subject line: Cancellation/Refund Request – Order #[Order ID]
  • Your full name, phone number, and purchase date
  • Reason for cancellation

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us first to resolve any payment issues.Unwarranted chargebacks may lead to suspension of services.
